Unfortunately, each year the cost of running the football club increases, with the price of pitches, referees and league entry rising year on year.
In order to make the club a continued success the committee are always striving to ensure the club is on a solid financial footing, which is impossible without the invaluable support from sponsors. This season Bucksburn United have launched a new Player Sponsorhsip section on our website

In return for a very small donation of £50 companies will be given free advertising on our website in definitely. This small donation will go along way to support the club, and hopefully is a far more manageable amount for organisations to donate in the current tough economic climate.

| 31/08/2010 - August Manager of the Month |
John Morrison won the first manager of the month award of the new Dream Team season with 169 points, just pipping Kevin Gillanders for the prize.
The big scorers in John's team were Didier Drogba, Bobby Zamora and Gareth Bale.
With the transfer window now shut the teams should settle down and the Dream Team will get more and more interesting as time goes on.
Only one manager, Ross Allerton, selected Andy Carroll at a bargain £2m and already has 40 points. |

The Bucksburn United Dream Team returned last weekend with a cracking first Premiership weekend...
"Blackpool crushing Wigan 4-0, but Marlon Harewood not in a single dream team"
"Drogba scores a hat-rick, bad day for any West Brom defenders"
"BUFC Captain in Barry Ferguson selection shocker..."

| 05/08/2010 - Club Fundraiser 21-Aug-10 |
The club will be co-hosting a 70's and 80's disco at the Cloverleaf Hotel on Saturday 21st august 2010. This event is vital in order to raise funds for the season ahead.
Tickets are priced at £5 and are available from the Cloverleaf Hotel or any BUFC committee member. This is a themed night with a first prize to the best fancy dress.
In order to make this night as big a success as possible please ask along your friends and family as it's always a great night.
